Overview

TunerDeck ("the App") is a radio streaming application designed, developed, and created by Nikolay Popov. The App is built with your privacy in mind. It does not collect, store, or share any personal information with us or any third parties. This privacy policy explains what data the App accesses and how it is used.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not create user accounts or profiles.
• We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personal identifiers.
• We do not use analytics or crash reporting services.
• We do not use advertising or ad tracking.
• We do not collect location data.
• We do not sell, share, or transmit any data to third parties.

Third-Party Services

The App communicates directly with the following service to provide radio station listings:

1. Radio Browser API (radio-browser.info) — An open, community-driven directory of radio stations. The App sends search queries and browsing requests to fetch station information. No personal data is transmitted with these requests. See their website at radio-browser.info.

When you play a radio station, your device connects directly to the station's audio stream URL. The stream provider may log your IP address according to their own policies.

Local Data Storage

The App stores the following data locally on your device using UserDefaults:

• Your favorite stations list.
• Recently played stations (up to 10 entries).
• Custom stations you have added manually.
• Equalizer settings and preferences.

This data is stored entirely on your device and is never transmitted to any server.

CarPlay

The App supports CarPlay for hands-free radio listening while driving. CarPlay integration uses the same local data and does not collect or transmit any additional information.

Audio Streaming

The App streams audio directly from radio station URLs. These connections are made from your device to the radio station's servers. We do not operate, control, or monitor these streams.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from children. The App is suitable for all ages.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
